Acceptance of Terms
By interacting with the Remind Me Telegram bot (@trackremindbot) or accessing the web interface at remindmebot.uk, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Orbixtech, the operator of this service.
By using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the bot and discontinue any active subscriptions.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
User Responsibilities
Account Integrity
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. Any action performed through your account is deemed to be your own.
Proper Conduct
The bot must be used for its intended purpose of personal reminders. Automated scraping, spamming, or stress-testing our servers is strictly prohibited.
Lawful Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates Telegram's Terms of Service, applicable local laws, or the rights of third parties. Orbixtech reserves the right to terminate access for any user who violates these conditions.
Payments & Billing
Remind Me Bot offers optional paid subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on the plan selected) at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the bot's billing portal or by contacting us at [email protected].
Orbixtech reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least 14 days' notice communicated through the bot interface or via email.
Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at [email protected] and we will review your case on an individual basis.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.
Limitation of Liability
We strive for reliable uptime, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Orbixtech's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Orbixtech in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Data & Privacy
Your privacy is our priority. We only store the minimal data required to operate the service — including your Telegram user ID, timezone, and reminder content. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Termination
Orbixtech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these terms or if your use poses a risk to the service or other users.
You may terminate your use of the service at any time by blocking or deleting your chat with the bot and cancelling any active subscriptions. Upon termination, your reminder data will be deleted within 30 days.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Modifications
Orbixtech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the bot interface. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
